As an expert in iOS App Development, he currently leads Friday Technologies, a groundbreaking App Development studio based in Australia. James has previously co-founded the Google and BoxGroup-backed startup, 'Have a Great Summer' - a social networking product that caught Snapchat's eye, leading to an acquisition. At just 19, James raised over $1.5M AUD ($1M USD) from Google Ventures.

Not just another iOS developer, James is honoured with four coveted Apple WWDC Scholarships. James is a serial App Developer Entrepreneur with a digital arsenal that boasts transformative apps like CleanSky and RulAR.

James previously worked at Apple within the ISE Special Projects and the Machine Learning Platform & Technology teams. He played a role in sculpting the Create ML framework and the Create ML macOS app. A true evangelist for the power of iOS and Swift, James lights up the stages at industry conferences.

James previously served as an iOS Industry Expert and consultant at RMIT University, delivering tutorials on SwiftUI/CoreML and consulting on the first Australian tertiary-accredited SwiftUI course. James also collaborated with Stanford University on the Pneumask project, a modified snorkel mask as reusable PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic.
